The company appears to have been dormant until an agreement was entered into in May 1899 with the Westralian Joint Stock Loan and Finance Co., Ltd. to purchase the Union prospecting claim of 58 acres as well as the John Bull claim of 69 acres along with a 12 stamp battery.
