U.S.A.: Lewisburg Bridge Company (PA), $50 share, 18[18], #963, black, embossed seal. Formed to build a covered wooden bridge over the west branch of the Susquehanna at Lewisburg. Rebuilt after flooding in 1865 and again in 1889. Declared unsafe in 1902 and after new bridges were built for the railway and the road in 1910, it was demolished. Small chip from bottom edge, EF and scarce.
