Formed in 1912 to continue the work of coal extraction at the Kaiping Mines. Operations ceased after the 1949 revolution, changed it's name to Knitmaster Holdings Ltd in 1956 and finally wound up in the 1980's. Bottom edge a little uneven as usual, GVF and rare denomination.
