Signed by George Moore who was a Ford dealer in Minneapolis who formed this company to build a motor car to compete with the Model T. Moved to Danville Illinois in 1919 but was in receivership in 1920 with just over 1000 vehicles built. Later Moore was convicted for fraud in the sale of stock, a very popular pastime in the motor industry at the time. Minor splitting at folds, AVF.
