** U.S.A.: American Academy of Music, Philadelphia, a series of 5 certificates, 1856-1952, comprising preferred stoc, 1856[7], #191 and an unissued example; $100 shares, 18[1910], #6099, and, $100 shares, 19[52], #7355 and an unissued example, 19-, all have a vignette of the building, black, cancelled. A concert hall and theatre built 1855-1857 and is the oldest opera house still in use in the U.S.A. The unissued examples are EF, the two early issued examples with some tape repairs on the reverse where folds have split (5).
