Incorporated in 1854 to take over the iron mines in Clinton County, Pennsylvania which supplied the old Farrandsville blast furnaces for the manufacture of pig iron, built in the 1830's. The company failed in 1859. 300 Issued. Minor splitting at folds, VF.
