Acquired the Venetian Way Hotel which had been built in 1925; J. G. Craft Hotel Corporation, second mortgage 6 bonds for $44, $220 and $440, all 1930. Operators of the El Verano Hotel in Palm Beach. F-VF, the third with some rust marks and discolouration (7).
